Second unit: Presentation skills.

Guest service

Guest service is probably the most important factor when you work in a casino.
That includes you if you work as customer service and as a manager.

It is also an attitude: smiling faces, welcoming words. There is nothing worse than going into a place and being coldly greeted by the manager and the costumer service (or not greeted at all).
It's such a turn off.

So, as a first tip you should be friendly and also have a genuinely positive attitude and willing to go out of you way to help a guest.

You can use these basic greetings presented in the following list:

Hi/ Hello                                           My name is…

Goodbye                                          How old are you?

See you later/ See you                   I am … years old

Good morning

Good afternoon

Good evening

Good night

How are you?

I am fine

What is your name?

You can practice these greetings in conversations. So your are going to practice with a dialogue but first, watch the following video that contains a basic conversation involve introducing yourself.
